Vescom joins Bene at Orgatec

During Orgatec – the leading international trade fair for modern working environments, held from 27–30 October in Cologne, Germany – Vescom is partnering with Austrian office furniture manufacturer Bene to explore the future of work.

Responding to Orgatec’s 2026 theme, ‘From rooms to relationships: designing spaces in an ever-changing world’, Bene will address the role of offices as AI becomes ubiquitous. The Bene stand – titled ‘Offices. Built for Humans. Powered by AI’ – affirms the importance of designing spaces for the well-being of people. This sentiment is shared by Vescom, which crafts material solutions – premium wallcovering, upholstery and curtain fabrics – that enhance well-being in interiors.

Upholstered in Vescom fabrics, Bene’s furniture will be clustered in colour groupings, each capturing a different face of future work. Vescom’s material solutions support this story, with mohair velvets that bring the feeling of home to the office; 100% recycled high-performance polyester FR that prioritises cleanability in spill-prone spaces; and fabrics that fit and function both indoors and outdoors. Further defining – not dividing – the stand, Vescom sheers will serve as flexible, see-through partitions between the different zones.

Just as Bene’s presentation will explore the diversity of what the workplace can be, visitors will experience the breadth of Vescom’s solutions in material, colour, texture and performance. What they share is their ability to harmonise in one space – and their focus on the well-being of people and the planet.
